Netflix hasn't been working for us for 3 days. I went through a bunch of troubleshooting stuff, restarted Tivo and finally decided it must be a problem with our internet connection (which has been slow lately). But I just got an e-mail from them saying that they've been having techical problems and that I could apply for a 3% reduction to the streaming portion of my bill (a whole 24 Amercian cents). According to my math, 3 days out of a month is 10%, not 3%.
I want my 56 cents Netfllix!!!

I just a friendly gal looking for options.
