any suggestions for a menu worthy of our china?  we have plans to go out when my parents visit over the 4th of july weekend.  but in the meantime, nice dinner in will be the plan.

I'm not a beef wellington fan, but the rest of it sounds divine. Esp. the cheesecake!

We usually do a nice filet with a port wine reduction, proscuitto wrapped asparagus, roasted potatoes.  Creme brulee for dessert.
