in Wedding Woes

Woman came through last week and like the house.  She went through again today and still likes and wants to know the average utilites.  That's good right?  Or not.

We had a showing yesterday too.  The people said they liked it, but the dining room was in a weird spot.  The dining room is off the kitchen and attached to the living room.  Whatever.

    Ha Zsa!  When I sent the info I said it might actually be high because I'm home most of the time with the kids.  I just wondered if it meant she was really tight on budget and didn't know if she could afford the place.  On the flip side, our realtor said she is very practical so that could be it.  DH said he'd pay the first month's utilities if she buys.
