Yeah, that dress needs to be hiked up about 3 inches...Maybe 4.  And I was tres confused at her Oscars presence.

I wasn't home for any red carpet stuff.  I wonder how it looked when she walked.

I wonder if the double-sitck tape is going straight across her nipples?  The thought of it make me cringe.

I guess she was doing red carpet interviews for some website or something.  Hopefully they didn't let her into the ceremony.  I can't imagine what that dress would do if she sat down.

Also, she designed the dress herself.  (eyeroll)

Actually, it looks like she designed it for a petite woman and she's a giant amazon woman.

Oh - and I don't think they showed her on TV.  I didn't see her in any of the red carpet coverage on tv - just the internetz.
