Today's my Saturday.

Well, I'm at home for the day.  DD has had a low grade fever since Monday.  It drops to 98.5 and then creeps up to 102.  It's stayed at 100-101 since last night and Tylenol only helps temporarily.  H thinks I'm nuts for taking her to the pediatrician since she doesn't *seem* sick, but she's cranky, needy and isn't sleeping/eating right.  That's the stuff he doesn't notice.  And if the doc says she's okay, I'm fine with that.  Worth the copay IMO.  I just don't think everything's on the up and up.

I think it's good to take her in, at least for peace of mind.

I hope she's feeling better soon.

That was my first thought too, TT.  But either way, it's better to head it off than worry.

The same thing happened to DD in April.  She had never had a fever before and I took her in on the 5th day and the doctor said it was just a viral thing.  Nothing we could do about it.  Sure enough, she was back to normal within hours of the visit.

Hope she's back to herself soon!

teething won't cause fever - common wives tale. 

Sounds like she's got something. I hope it's something they can fix!

Shesh - I'd pay the copay to make sure Baby Leg is OK. Let us know what the doc says.
