xH approved all of the paperwork.  I'm giving him the official packet of papers to sign on Friday.  Woot woot woot!  

He has his parenting class set up for the last weekend of July, so we can get that in on August 1st and be ready for a court date.

    yay for your happy news....X and I did our parenting class together...We were awesome parents together, we just did not want to be married to one another, anyways, funny thing is, we are sitting together at the parenting class and they show a sniglet of the Robin Williams movie, Mrs. Doubtfire.  You know the part where the kids are at the dad's apartment for the first time eating dinner, and X looks at me, and whispers, don't you dare cause he knew I was going to, and I start blubbering, he smirks, and then hands me a hankie shaking his head.
