i don't watch this show, but nico kindly and graciously alerted me that a housebound obese would be on the show.
i have issues with the way that my people were portrayed. most lie forward, because their weight actually crushes their lungs. i have seen a few exceptions, but really.
housebound obese can still get down. sure, it takes time and effort, but still.
i knew they would do surgery on him. you don't put someone under all that makeup and then not do some gross, tawdry, lurid surgery with pus squirting.
i can't believe they leveraged the baby. that was a beebee move, doctors!
re: my other people -- i know a lot of doctors. was the patrick dempsey character being sued for malpractice? because those cases take years. like five years. what.
and there's only one asian dr? okay.
and why does she have such curly hair? girl is old enough to know that asians + perms = bad idea you learn in jr high.
