Who should pay
I was standing outside my office tinkering with my newly upgraded iphone (just got it Saturday) This guy I work with thought he'd be funny and walk up behind me and startle me by poking me and making a loud noise. Well! My iphone slipped out my hand and smacked the ground and shattered my new screen.
He offered to pay for it. Do I make him pay ? Or should I cause I am the one who dropped it
