That in the midst of all the stories on the London riots, a LOT of the entertainment websites have headlines such as, "Where is Kate?" or "Is Kate Safe?"  And these stories are usually accompanied by a picture of a burning building.

It makes me envision that the Royal Family locked her out of Buckingham Palace and left her to fend for herself. And they expect her to resolve the riots, with class and dignity, of course.  It's her initiation into Royalty.

Sort of.  There was some sort of altercation and the police shot and killed a 29 year old man who was in a cab.  It's not clear if he was shooting at the police or if someone in the vicinity was and he was an innocent bystander. 

And all the new sites keep pointing out that he was a father of 4 kids, which I'm not quite understanding.   Would it be better if he had 2 kids or no kids?

Just because you stick your c*ck in a vagina doesn't mean you're a father.  Just sayin'.  So presuming that he was some upstanding person (if he was indeed pointing a weapon at someone) is silly.
