And start working from home...after I get back from maternity leave.
It's still being ironed out. There's a lot of details DH and I would have to consider, but we could potentially make it work. DefConn would still go to daycare, but there are so many advantages to this for us.
I really hope this works out for us because I want to be happier in my work life after I have DefConn. Work has been challenging for several reasons pretty much since I found out I was pregnant.
Also, a HUGE part of me wanted to go part-time after we had a baby and that's just not in the cards. This may be the next best solution.
