I love/hate the travel department at work. I love that I can make the majority of my travel reservations online through their booking system, but I hate that 50% of the time it doen't work. I've been trying for 4 hours to make some reservations and I get to the end and it tells me there has been an error and kicks me back to the main screen. Each time I restart, the plane tickets are a little more expensive. Grrrr.
