nail polish review

I asked O-face about it a couple of weeks ago -
CND Effects in Sapphire Sparkle

I saw a picture on Pinterest and thought that the color was gorgeous.

I agree with the review above - it applied really smoothly and I only needed one coat. I used it over a shimmery gunmetal from OPI. The end result was a shimmery/sparkily dark
purple/blue color. I should have taken a picture.

I think these would work really well for the folks who are nail biters. I usually don't like to have manicures because I feel like the polish looks awful after 2 days. (I'm rough on my hands.) This lasted for a solid 5 days and was starting to chip minimally yesterday. It was easy to remove (like typical polish as opposed to glitter).

    I love that color.

Can I post-jack and throw in a nail polish review?   I have Essie's Turquoise & Caicos on my toes.  Everytime I look down at my toes, I smile, because the color is just so vibrant and happy.   It's a nice, bright, greeny turquoise.   But the best part is that I've had it on since 6/30 and it hasn't even chipped or rubbed off.  The only reason I'm going to have to change polish is because my toenails grow quickly.
I may have to wear Essie exclusively now.   I'm amazed.

Ha!  I have trimmed them since then, but the growth at the bottom is about 1/4".  That seemed quick to me.   ::shrugs::
  • I've wondered about Turquoise and Caicos.  I am wearing Essie Dive Bar...about to change it.  I love Essie, I've become a fan lately.  Less so than OPI.  THOUGH, I did buy a new OPI from their Germany collection.  ;)

  • I like. I may pick that up.
