We never had a grill at our townhouse because we didn't have our own private area there.  Not that stragglers would come scope out our dinner, but we just weren't into grilling in our parking lot like it was a tailgate party.

We didn't get a grill last summer because we bought a lot of stuff for the house already and we were saving for DD.

We finally bought a grill a few weeks ago and I'm benefitting from it big time.  We use it 3-4 nights a week and DH does all the grilling, which means I'm not cooking half the week.  DD and I sit out on the deck and watch DH and Son play in the yard while the food is cooking.  It's awesome.

I am too O face, but that's because my dh likes his steaks and such cooked way longer then I do. And he would likely just leave them all on the grill until he figured they were done.

I cannot wait until our backyard is finished and we can grill out again. DH tried to do it the other night but the grill was not stable enough in the backyard.
