Wedding Woes

WDWWT?

There is an obit in my local paper listing five names and referring to them as "precious angels we never got to meet."  It also lists the parents, grandparents and an address to which condolences can be directed. Also note that the parents do not live in my town, but one set of grandparents is listed as being from a local town.

I'm going to assume this was a late term miscarriage of quintuplets?

Is the obit too much?  Or just a way to share your grief with the community?

I just a friendly gal looking for options.

I'm guessing it's just a way to share the grief.
  • I don't get the need for obituaries, really.  I'm wondering if that's something I'll get more interested in as I get older.  My grandmother did the big one when my uncle died, then did a little memorial after that for a couple of years, then five years and ten years.  Maybe it's more for public recognition/sharing?
