Stupid SIL got another tattoo

On her forearm.  Now both forearms have one.  Tres professional.  DH wanted to ask facebook for recommendations for non-tatted up doctors.

It was some symbol I didn't recognize so I asked.  She told me capricorn and I replied that made sense.  Her reply "What makes you say that?"  Um, you're a freaking capricorn!

She's still mad I didn't properly kiss her ass while gFIL was in the hospital.

Re: Stupid SIL got another tattoo

  • how...unoriginal.
  • The other one is even more unoriginal- the celtic knot that was used in Charmed.

I'm not anti-tat, but there are certain professions that I would rather not have visible ones.  A nurse is one of them.
  • even my crazy grandfather said "never get a tat where a judge can see it'
    (he would know)

I would love to get #6.

Not a single one of my tattoos is visible unless I show it to you.

  • I wonder sometimes if I will ever run into issues with my tatt (inside left wrist) but I have yet to have one, well, except from the mean lady who took my order at McDonald's. She gave me a talkin' to but professionally no one has said a negative word about it and this is a fairly 'corporate' environment.

Thinking about it, I can't really think of a specific career/position where someone having visible tattos would bother me. Assuming its not a giant d!ick or some tata's, that might make me question the person's ability to make good decisions.

  • i hope 6's sil is secretly rocking "thug life" on her stomach.
