DH should get news on a promotion today.  I've had no word from the man and his end time is in a half hour.   I get a gold medal in willpower as I have not called or texted him.  I've just been willing the phone to ring all day long. 

I can barely eat.  I had crackers and salami for lunch and it didn't sit well.  I've been anxious and puke-tastic all day and last night. 

It's killing me.  I've never been this anxious about anything in my life.

I shot him a text to tell him the kiddo made it to his friend's house.  It's showing delivered but not read. 

So...who knows what he's doing?  I'm trying to prove to myself and him that I have patience...And I'll do it even if it kills me.

Yes, drinking will commence soon here.  I'm hoping it's not bad news either.  

I'm also hoping in Texas Fiona way that he wants to be romantical and make it a 'surprise' and tell me in person. 

But until then, I sit here shaking the crap out of my foot and blaring the radio to try to keep my mind clear.

Ummm, I don't have the ingredients for most of those.  What can I make you with gin, triple sec, and a jar of dill pickles?
