DH thought it went really well. It's more maintenance than operations which could be a drawback. The plus is that the would be boss has a papermill background so he understands the environment and knowledge that goes with it.
The downside is that the facility is right next to the football stadium. Work could suck on game day
They are doing another round of in person interviews so fingers crossed he gets a callback.
