passive agressive fail

i am in a passive-agressive fight with someone on this floor.  they are driving me crazy.

back story: the kitchen has a dishwasher.  of course, everyone just leaves their dishes in the sink and never loads the dishwasher.

i lost it one day when i was loading my things into the dishwasher and someone had put in a few dishes perpendicular to the rest of the dishes.  i just started loading all the dishes in myself, rather than expect the morons with phds on this floor to do the cleaning lady a favor and do it correctly.

my mortal enemy is taking all the dishes out of the sink and just putting them on the counter.  then he/she takes the "put the dishes in the dishwasher" sign and puts it in the sink as a "hint' that people should put them in the dishwasher.  the whole production makes a bigger mess because now the counter is all wet, there is more space in the sink for other people to put their glasses, and people are just piling stuff on top of the sign.

i know people will never care to put the dishes in the dishwasher, and i would rather do that than expect people to learn to use the dishwasher or react to a sign that they ignore every day.

poor margarita, man.  somedays this floor probably takes her an additional hour because she has to wait for two loads of dishes.

Throw away the sign. Then paper the counter with signs saying, "DON'T PUT DISHES HERE."

Dish Mover obviously reads signs, so this should solve the problem nicely.

I would just carry my dirty dishes home and avoid the kitchen area entirely.

At my frist job out of school, they cleaning staff would clear out the fridge and kitchen area every Friday, and anything that wasn't a company owned appliance went into the trash. The kitchen was awesomely clean. (I did lost a number of TV dinners, but it was worth it).
