Planning a wedding from 3,000 miles away!!

My fiance and myself have always wanted to get married away.  After choosing an October date and settling on Oahu, Hawaii we have began to run into some issues.  We were aware that getting married in Hawaii was going to be a bit more expensive but the cost of everything is beginning to be ridiculous ($20.00 per plain white folding chair....am I dilusional or is that a bit much?) 

We would love to get married on the North Shore and we are wondering if anyone knows of any company or venue that is fairly priced?
