Reading comprehension FAIL

My company (as are most in the industry) is in desperate need of people with experience like mine. I get about 4-6 emails a day from recruiters- and I have colleagues with more years who get way more than that. Anyways, I generally reply back "thanks but no thanks, not looking now and will keep in touch if this changes". People are getting my info from LinkedIn. Today I got 2 emails from people who work in my company through LinkedIn. The first thing on my profile is my current title and company. Clearly someone can't read.

I get that constantly too via LinkedIn. It's incredibly annoying. Fortunately I haven't received any from my own company, haha.

I am going to later this month. It's clear that my company wants me to do thinks at a level more senior than I'm at, which is fine, but I wan the title and pay then.
