I tend to agree with Oface.  Also, no one wants to be a snitch, so maybe when someone is 80 (if they aren't shot before then), they will spill the beans.  Otherwise, I think this is a to-the-grave secret.

This. 

Every interview I've read/seen on these cases all the 'experts' say the same thing.  Too many people covering up for each other so their ass isn't out on the line.

Well, supposedly there were LAPD officers that were in on Biggie's murder, so that adds a whole other layer to why no one wants anyone to talk about it.
