Old lady accepted counter offer. Closing is in mid August I think.

We are going to look at our #1 choice again tonight to make sure we really like it and then make an offer on that I guess.

    We did have a contingent on another house but someone else bought it. :(. I do like the above house better though, so it all worked out I guess. :)

    I was thinking about you yesterday I think Wz. I can't imagine the stress of that, so selling vibes for you!

    Congratulations!  And GL on your new house.

    BTW, do you know who built the house you're making the offer on?  It looks so much like an updated version of our house--all of the doors and windows are in the exact same places.
