We're going to see what he thinks we can get the house for. This is the first one we've both loved. Ideally we'd have an offer on this one first, but we're seriously considering taking on the struggle. We could still meet all of our obligations, but there would be nothing going to savings until we sold.
We do have another showing sunday so maybe it won't be that bad.
