I had one from 13 to 19ish that I wish I'd kept.  But one time when I was hanging out with good ol' Dumpster Dave in my old room at my parents' house, I got up to go to the bathroom, and while I peed he searched my room, found it, and got all butthurt that I had a crush on some other guy five years before I ever met him.  So I threw it out.

I re-read all the time. If for no other reason than it makes me feel so happy not to be there anymore.

I kept one in college but I read them one last time and threw them away before I moved in with DH.  I didn't want to store them anymore and I also never wanted Son to come across them.

I still have all of my food journals from the times I had them. I should probably just toss those.
