Friend's baby shower is Sunday. I've known this for a few weeks, but in the context of work/my job interview/DH's job search/DD's painful teething (molars, y'all--SMH)/hiring a new nanny/trying to help keep the three of us (plus cats) clean and fed and happy, the fact of her looming shower has sort of been vaguely floating around in the back of my mind. Until now. Her Amazon list is out of the question at this late date, and her Target list has been picked over pretty well.
Her baskets are still on there--various sizes. I think I might get those, and put things in them. Give me some good suggestions for things to put in her baskets. There are a couple of things on her registry that I can use (some cloth diapers/burp cloths, baby wash, etc.), but I need some more stuff. Books? Help.
(And as cute an idea as it may be, I am NOT doing the small objects pinned to a clothesline or whatever.)
