*knocks all available wood*

I've only felt a couple palpitations this morning. Hopefully they go away altogether by the end of the day.

And speaking of today, I'm under strict orders to RELAX. I think it's a good day to have a Lord of the Rings marathon. ;)

I was thinking about you this morning.  I'm glad they seem to be going away.

I hope they go away and stay away.  A movie marathon sounds like a perfect plan for relaxation.

My SIL has problems like this.  She says that she can get them to go away by "bearing down."  I don't understand how you bear down on your heart.

I'm glad yours seems to be improving.

Get your self some tea and maybe one of those guided meditation tapes. It turns out we don't have a candy thermometer, so I couldn't make marshmallows, but when I do, your palpitating self is getting some!

Zsa, some people are helped to relax by constriction, so maybe she means some sort of tensing of muscles that helps?
