    I always stop and get out to see, just in case. Though it would be pretty difficult to wing a cabbie here - that might change my answer. Do cabbies get winged a lot? Does it really matter to them?

    There is one cab driver in BFE.  They spend most of the day sitting in the parking lot of a fabric company.

    i'd get out and check it, but i can't recall the last time i saw a cabbie (other than the airport) since i moved to TX. it would cost a fortune to use a cab here.
