I told H I didn't want a birthday present because he threw me my huge party, but he got me this anyway:

At first I thought that was one of those hamster thingys.   But an ice cream maker is cool, too.

MEGA!  It is awesome.  It works and makes creamy ice cream.

It does take time and a little patience, but it's smaller and easier to store than an electric or handcrank one.
