    And now that he has one he'll have lots until you either put in tubes or pray to your chiropractor to adjust his skull...or at least that is what I've learned from my co-irkers.

    Booooooo.  

    You might get away without tubes.  Dex's ear infections have basically stopped, and Des hasn't had one in ages, either.  (dear world, do not jinx me for saying that)

    There are some studies that show tubes have no real effect anyway (from a public health, %age perspective - individual kids sometimes respond really well).

    Make sure they give you the pain drops. There are some OTC ones, too, if you don't get the prescription.  That'll help until the antibiotics kick in.
