Anyway, I understand he's now so out of shape that now he is out of breath when he stands up off the couch. He gets nose bleeds (gushing, mind you) if he does any activity for more than a few minutes. He eats fast food all day every day and has ballooned up probably well over 100 lbs in the last year.
The irony is he's always made fun of "fat" people, and still makes fun of fat people. Hell, he tells me *I'm* fat "jokingly"
I don't know if it's depression, or stupidity, or both, but he's going to die of a heart attack if he doesn't do something NOW. His bp has always been high, but now it's up in the heart attack range constantly. And look out if he loses his temper, which happens quite often - that will make his bp skyrocket and cause a nose bleed.
