I need to freshen up my collection.

What are you listening to?

My likes: rock and alternative rock.

The Foo Fighters new album comes out in a few months. They played a show at the Roxy and posted viseos of them playing the new songs on youtube. I am beyond nervous waiting for the stupid results, so I have been listening to them all morning. I am so excited for the new album. I sent H the link to get it pre-ordered.

    The National.  You must buy.  Also, Adele's new album comes out tomorrow.  You also, must buy.

    I've listened to some of Adele's new album, and I am not so sure. It's the songs, not her lovely voice.

    I listened to one of the songs, and I wasn't feeling it.

    I AM however, tres excited about the upcoming new REM and Coldplay albums. ::squee:: REM!

    Oh, and Rolling Stone is having a contest among a bunch of unsigned artists, where you go listen to their stuff online and vote for the artist/group you like best, and they get to be one the cover. I need to bring it in so I can check some of the people out.

    I came sooooo close to buying tickets to see Adele in Nashville.  But, it is on a Monday night and that is a major buzz kill.

    zsa - on the rarest of rare occasions that someone that I want to see actual comes to this state, it is always on a weekday and is usually in a town about two hours away. David Sedaris is coming to our area, so we are going to see him. I'm all asquee.

    When FF starts their US tour, I'm going to use up all my vacation days and frequent flier miles. I know I am going to have to travel to see them.
