What can I make

for the pickiest person on the planet? I'm looking for a dessert.

She's not big on chocolate. I was thinking a strawberry tart, lemon tart or the raspberry chiffon pie that I've made before and she liked. All using the same crust, which she said was the best crust she had ever tasted.

So that's it, I'm basing everything on a crust. humph.
