Just so you know, I went home last night and made myself a pot of white rice, added some butter, salt and pepper and had 2 servings of it. I was so in the mood for rice after your post.

HA!  I had my Minute Rice with butter, salt, and pepper too!  It was exactly what I wanted.

It was amazing. I didn't have minute rice, so it was just regular white rice. It was delicious. Thank you for the suggestion.

Mind you, I ate that before my dinner
