Chocolate/desert people

Make these now, thank me later.

H almost ate the whole pan. These are the first brownies I have ever made AND eaten. Usually I don't eat desert.

Where did you find mascarpone? I used to get it in Trader Joe's, but we don't have those here, and I haven't seen it in the cheese case at Costco or Sprouts. I'm not willing to go to the specialty shop for mascarpone, either, just like I refuse to go to the Italian butcher for sweet sausage. I'm in a big city, dammit, these things should be available!

I don't know where H purchased the marscipone (I don't go shopping with him). He either got it at Target, or Homeland (Alberton's).
