I've always had good results with Alton Brown's receipe. For extra flavor, sometimes I use 1/2 brown sugar on top instead of all vanilla sugar.

Are you planning to use a browning torch? If not, I have a recipe at home for a Dissoronno (sp) soaked toping that you can use, you set it on fire and it carmelizes as you serve it.

I'll have to run home and get the Fire recipe later. I don't ahve it on hand.

The link is to the Alton Brown recipe. The last word "link" works. I boogered that link situation up pretty bad, there are 2 seperate ones, the website one doesn't work but the word "link" does.
