uh, getting slightly better every day.  Yesterday, I only took one benadryl.  So far today, zero.  I think I'm going to live.

I'm still considering getting some oral steroids, because I just want this to be gone for good, but IDk when/where/how that's likely to happen.

I still need to get the lip picture for you guys. It's pretty crazy.

So, you haven't been to the doctor?

nope.  My doctor options are basically Walgreens clinic and Urgent Care. And their hours pretty much don't work with mine, so it has to be pretty freaking serious for me to go.

hmmmm...  I didn't realize that you lived in such a remote place that there are no doctors.    And I think this is pretty freaking serious (allergic reactions are not something to mess with) but what do I know?
I know (I know!) that it's none of my business, but it just seems like this is another instance of you not putting yourself first.

    True, true.

I just remember going to see doctor after doctor when my 18 month old's leg was rotting off last summer, and the best they could do was "have you tried hydrocortisone?"

So, really, simple hives that actually improve with benadryl are not going to be all that impressive to these people.
