It sounds to me like Limbaugh is trying to say the President is orchestrating this whole tropical storm/hurricane event just to disrupt the Republican National Convention...

All I can think about is a part from Lilo and Stitch (I work with kids. Don't judge!) where Lilo has to explain why she brought the fish a peanut butter sandwich.

    Did Obama send the hurricane that shut them down for a day the last time, too?  In MINNESOTA. 

    Where is Pat Robertson with his "God sends bad weather to punish bad people" message?
