We've known for months that we're heading home for a weekend in July. I kept asking H to book flights since we're using his miles and he's the one with the schedule we need to work around. He hasn't done it, and finally asked me to do it for him.
Of course the flights we wanted don't have any rewards seats left. If we pay ourselves it will cost roughly 4 times what the rewards price would be. I've been texting him back and forth for 20 minutes trying to find alternative flights that work for him. This is exactly why I wanted him to do it himself.
