Wedding Woes

Well... that's cool I guess

We bought Ling Ling potstickers, and I bit into a rock. So I emailed to complain and they're sending us a $20 american express gift card as an apology.

A rock? Like a stone? How the hell did that get in there?

Makes you think really highly of their products - doesn't it?

Also, what would have happened if you chipped a tooth, do you think the $20 USD covers that?

Huh.  It doesn't surprise me per se, but I'm not sure I'd be buying there products again.

Oh, I'm not. The message I sent said as such. I'm very very lucky that I didn't chip a tooth, and it was small (like kitty litter sized pebble) in a potsticker. If I had chipped a tooth I would have become a crazed lunatic, because I just DO NOT have the time to spend dealing with dentists right now.

At first I thought the rock was a metaphor, like they were really hard and tasteless.  Then I kept reading and yeesh!  Glad it didn't do any damage.

Nope, they're pretty tasty, as far as frozen potstickers go. We used to buy them regularly and sometimes just have that for dinner, because we're lazy. But... no more. Unfortunately Trader Joe's version sucks.
