I'm driving along when the person in the space next to the handicap spots pulls out.  I think I've scored until a woman cuts across the handicap spaces and pulls through into the spot.

I pulled into another and was out by the time they were getting out too.  I made sure to really stick out the belly and waddle more than needed.  She actually started to apologize to me.  I cut her off and said "Regardless of my pregnancy, that was a d!ck move."  Her teen daughter was standing right there.

s/n: And I still haven't heard from the woman I hit.

s/n: I'm glad you added that!  I was going to ask.     I bet you really didn't hit her.  I mean, how can you not notice that you hit someone?

I keep wondering that too AF.  If there hadn't been someone else that said I hit her I wouldn't have believed it.

People lie.  When DH and I had our car accident in 2010, there were all kinds of witnesses sticking their noses in where they didn't belong.   The police woman gave them each about 2 seconds to tell their side of things and moved on the next. She seemed like she was used to witnesses butting in.

A woman did hit me once and didn't realize it. It was on a bump, pulling out of a parking garage, blah blah. It was not a hard hit, at a very low speed. She could have very easily thought it was just a bump in the road or whatever. 

But yeah, even the minor ding meant replacing the whole bumper, to the tune of $777.
