When possible, he's made his days off be week days--so then I do childcare Friday-Sunday, He does it Mon-Tues, and we only have to rely on other people [each set of grandparents] for the last 2 days. we still have NOT found an option that works w/ our hours and have just given up for the moment--more choices will open up when she's a bit older/potty trained.)
He had to bid on 12 choices, 11 of which would have had weekdays off. He got choice #12, of course. And it coincides with mu ILs being out of the country so...I'm asking my parents to do 5 day a week child care for a while. UGH.
