These baked zucchini fries were so flipping good that DH is already making them again tonight.  I wish I thought they'd keep b/c we'd make a whole batch up for eating!

    Back off AF, because those look awesome!  I've got several zucchini ready and I bet the kids would love those too.  Usually I need ideas for sides, but now I need ideas for proteins.

    You did give me that V.  I the tater tots call for draining the water so I shredded a bunch and froze them.  I figured since that releases the water it would be good for the post zucc gluttony.
