you can tell me to mmob, I would hope that she's setting up a seperate checking account to deposit her work checks (or at least a portion of them)- one that NBIL doesn't have access to. it's obvious that he doesn't have any money sense, and i'm assuming she's going back to work because of their financial issues. she needs that money somewhere that he can't touch it.
