I just had a bowl of Kashi Good Friends cereal with unsweetened vanilla almond milk.

YUM.

Granted, I hadn't eaten yet today due to Baby A and my boss asking me to do a dumb project.

I love Kashi.  I am probably in the minority.

I'm a big fan of the TLC cereal bars. I hated them at first, as they are considerably less sweet than their mainstream competitors, but now I'm a big fan.

I think I'm just not overly fond of granola in general, texture-wise. So that knocks out a lot of Kashi products.

Island vanilla is my favorite.  No milk.

There is a new one called Cinnamon Crunch that is fantastic.

I always stop and look at the boxes in the store but it is just way to expensive for me to justify. A small box of cereal shouldn't cost damn near $10.

Kashi cereal wrecks my intestines which is a shame because it is tasty.

I live in a relatively high COL area, and the box was $3.99. Slightly expensive for a smallish box of cereal, but not outrageous.

How is it $10?

IDK, but Giant, Weis, and Walmart all had it between $7-$9. We are out in BFE with the highest COL in the area though. And with the kind of people I know live round here it probably doesn't sell well.

Kashi is often on sale for less than other brands. I have an inflationary issue with Kashi that has nothing to do with the price.  But I still love the taste of everything I have tried.

Ironically, I love the Go Lean Crunch. 

It has not made me go lean, however.

I also enjoy the Go Lean Crunch, it's just a slow eating type of cereal. Tons of chewing.

I use coupons whenever and wherever I can.  I eat so much fiber that Kashi doesn't affect me...or maybe I have intestines of STEEL which could be the case.

O-Face, I eat a pretty high fiber diet also.  I could eat a bowl of some other brand's colon-blow mix and it doesn't do to me what Kashi does.  I don't understand why.

Grape Nuts take forever to chew, but I love them.  Takes even longer since I don't use milk.
