H-  Move to rural KY.  You can get 4 bedrooms here for less than $150K.  Of course they don't look like O's house...but if you are just looking for brother-husband storage, it works.

O - I love that stone floor in the bathroom.  I wouldn't even care if I slipped and cracked my head open as long as it was on those.

i love that farmhouse sink in the bar.  not crazy about those bar stools but they can be easily burned in a fire.
