have there been any shooting games that came out recently?  dude next door has been shooting something up late at night, with lots of high fives and yelling at the screen.  he woke us up at 1:30 am, all "come get some!  come get some!  BOO YA.  BOO TO THE YA."

Ugh.  I think you need to stand outside his door early in the morning and shout, "Going to work. BOO YA TO THE BOO YA!!" and make all sorts of noise.
