Divorced in laws....

So how should I go about having pictures and the seating at my wedding when my in laws are BITTERLY divorced.  They can't even be in the same state they hate each other so.

    You seat them at separate tables and take pics with them separately.  I would set a time for pics with your FI's mom's family, then your family, then your FI's dad's family.  You can do a few things to keep them apart but ultimately, it's up to everyone to behave themselves or leave.
