Shrimp Spread recipe

14 ounces finely chopped shrimp
3 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
2 t sour cream
2 t dijon mustard
1/2 t hot sauce

Mix it all up, cover, and refrigerate at least 8 hrs.  Serve on bagette, crackers, or raw veggies.  I add a little extra sour cream to get the consistency I like.
