There was something about them in this month's Cooking Light magazine, so maybe check their website.

    I have no amounts, but:
ground turkey, half a boxish of thawed frozen spinach (squeezed dry), some feta cheese, oregano, and a tablespoon or so of olive oil.  I'll make a little yogurt cucumber sauce and pile it all up on a split pita with some fresh spinach and red onion.

i use chicken, but will work with turkey -

mix Frank's Hot sauce  (to taste), extra sharp white cheddar, bread crumbs and ground chicken in a bowl. i usually start with the chicken and cheese, add the franks (and occasionally some Hazmat), and then the breadcrubs to get a good consistency.

brown in a frying pan, and then bake until cooked through, but moist.

serve on a bun with ranch or blue cheese or your favorite wing sauce. you can add lettuce, tomatoes, onions, bacon, etc.

Add Italian salad dressing mix and breadcrumbs, one egg (or egg white), and a little skim milk if necessary to a pound/pound and a half of ground turkey. Form into patties. Grill, broil, or fry in a skillet till done. Serve with tzatziki sauce or feta or goat cheese.

(This is essentially the recipe from BH&G for "Mediterranean Turkey Burgers", so if you need measurements, that's where to find them. I just throw everything in a bowl.)

    1. Open box of Jennie-O frozen turkey burgers
    2. Apply heat from any source until salmonella is no longer a concern
    3. EAT!

Not nearly as tasty as 6's, but faster and much less cleanup, too.

I actually used ground chicken and taco seasoning + peppers, onions and garlic...but it was rather tasty.
