North Texas Brides hear this, maggianos on the tollway is severely in need of some organization. My wedding is 10-1-11 and I have been in touch with both girls in the banquet department for the last few months. Every time i call or speak with them I MAKE SURE my date is available still, I went in this past weekend with my mother to put down the deposit to secure my date. They knew I had an appointment, and my date was open. After about an hour of talking with an associate since the manager was busy on the phone, she went to get paperwork and she comes back only to tell me, "well, i have a little bad news, it seems like my boss (who is the banquet manager) has mistakenly looked at 2010 and not 2011 so its booked. Were really sorry, do you think you could just move your date, not that big a deal" needless to say she was SO rude to my mother after all this and I just want to share to let you girls know that these people are unprofessional, and obviously don't care about anyones business and very unorganized. SUCH a major disappointment.
